Does it handle intra-state and inter-state GST?

Yes. Place of supply versus your GSTIN state code decides CGST+SGST or IGST. Credit notes reverse the same split.

Yes. Each item can store English, Hindi, Punjabi and Gujarati names. Print language can be English + Gujarati for Kutch / Gujarat yards.
