These terms govern use of eMandi Market, a cloud GST billing and accounting product of AptSoft (legal name APTSOFT). By creating a login, walking the demo, or paying for a plan, you accept them.

The product
eMandi Market is software-as-a-service for private market houses: GST invoices, stock, ledgers, bank, delivery and payroll, as included in the plan you buy. It is not a CA practice, not a GST return filing service, and not legal advice.

Demo data is fictional (Kutch Demo Fruit Market LLP, dummy GSTIN 24AAAAA0000A1Z5) and is not a live filing system.
Accounts
You must give a true name, phone and email. You are responsible for staff logins you create. Keep passwords private. Tell us at support@emandi.work if a login is misused.
Plans and payment
Plans (Counter, Ledger, House) are billed in INR exclusive of GST. GST is added as CGST+SGST when the place of supply is Chandigarh, otherwise IGST. Total GST is 18%. Razorpay’s own fee stays with Razorpay.
Auto-debit renews at the end of the term through Razorpay until you cancel renewal. One-time terms end on the date shown on the tax invoice. The AptSoft GST invoice is issued when payment clears.
Plan payments are not refundable. Pay only if you are sure this is the plan and term you want. Once Razorpay confirms the payment and tax invoice is generated, AptSoft does not refund it. Full rules: Cancellation & refund policy.
Cancellation
You may cancel auto-renewal at any time. Money already paid for a plan is not refundable. Access to that plan continues until the plan end date. After that date the subscription is not renewed. Write to support@emandi.work to stop renewal. Access continues until the paid end date.
Acceptable use
AptSoft may pause a house that uses the software to file false GST, host malware, attack other tenants, or break Indian law. We may refuse a plan that we cannot invoice under GST rules.
Privacy
How we handle house data is in the privacy policy.
Liability
Books, GST splits and payroll figures are produced from data you enter. You remain responsible for statutory filings. AptSoft’s liability for a paid term is limited to the plan amount paid for that term (excluding GST collected as tax).
Law
Indian law. Courts at the registered office of APTSOFT in Chandigarh.
